Chemical & Nano Innovation

Our R&D department, founded in 2011, focuses on advanced materials engineering, electrochemical metal recovery, and sustainable environmental solutions.

Low-Temperature Lead Extraction

Conventional lead-acid battery recycling relies heavily on high-heat blast smelting (above 1,000°C), demanding high energy inputs and creating atmospheric heavy metal fumes. Our wet chemical process utilizes custom nano-catalysts to selectively dissolve lead compounds at room temperatures (under 60°C).

Because the process is liquid-based and runs at low temperatures, heavy metals do not volatilize. Byproducts are converted into harmless organic residues, and the solvent is filtered and recycled back into the system in a completely closed loop.
